Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of CMS T&M provides strategic oversight, governance direction, and policy supervision across all divisions of the organisation.
Representing the seven cooperative groups and associations within CMS T&M, the Board ensures that the organisation operates in alignment with its cooperative model, regulatory requirements, and long-term transport development objectives.
The Board does not manage day-to-day operations. Instead, it establishes strategic frameworks, approves key initiatives, and safeguards institutional accountability.

Executive Director, Operations
Henry A. serves as the Executive Director, Operations at CMS T & M, where he oversees the strategic coordination and daily management of the Public Transportation Division.
With extensive experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, and regulatory compliance, Henry plays a central role in ensuring that CMS T & M maintains efficient service delivery across the Lekki–Ajah Transport Corridor. His leadership focuses on operational discipline, safety standards, and structured performance monitoring.
Henry works closely with corridor supervisors, fleet managers, and cooperative representatives to ensure seamless transport services aligned with Lagos State transport regulations and industry best practices.
